The offices for freight declaration and forwarding procedures are located on the first floor of the terminal building.

The freight declaration office is open from 5:30 till 01:00 on weekdays, and during weekends at least around the time of vessel departures and arrivals, offering assistance in all matters connected to arriving and departing vehicles.

Outside the opening hours of the booking office (from 8:00 till 16:00) the freight declaration office will take bookings for departures on the same evening only.

The freight declaration office is open Mon-Fri from 06:00 till 22:30, during weekends we are open at least around the time of vessel departures and arrivals, offering assistance in all matters connected to arriving and departing vehicles.

Outside the opening hours of the freight booking office (from 8:00 till 17:00) the freight declaration office will take bookings for departures on the same evening only.
